Entries:
All entries (including for sale, exhibition) must be on a signed, official CFA entry form or an exact copy. Entry clerk will call collect if information is incomplete or illegible. There is a $50.00 fee for returned checks or for entries not paid on time. Fax or online entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever occurs first, per Show Rule 6.21.

Make checks payable to Crow Canyon Cat Club. Paypal is available. Instructions included with entry confirmation. All fees must be in U.S. funds and accompany entries. No refund for failure to bench. One benching request per exhibitor, please. For Sale or Exhibition Only entries must be accompanied by a competitive entry.

The entry clerk is prohibited from accepting Championship or Premiership entries (excluding Novice) without a registration number. Provisional and AOV entries must have a registration number. Please contact the entry clerk if requesting a Temporary Registration Number (TRN) for a Championship or Premiership entry. A TRN can only be issued if the parents are CFA registered.

The MISCELLANEOUS (non-competitive) CLASS is for any registered cat or registered kitten of a breed not accepted for Provisional Breed competition. Entries are examined by judges, but no awards are given.

Health:
This is a non-vetted show. Exhibitors are advised that all entries should be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against Feline Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus, and Rabies, and tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for entry. All adult household pet entries over eight months of age must be neutered or spayed. No kitten under 4 months of age will be allowed in the show hall. No entry will be permitted to remain in the show hall overnight. Under current CFA show rules, show management reserves the right to have any cat showing signs of illness, disease or parasites removed from the show hall, in order to protect other cats in the show.

For Sale/Exhibition Cage Rules:
Kittens must be at least 4 calendar months of age or older, and comply with all other CFA show rules. For sale or exhibition entries must be on a signed, official CFA entry form or a facsimile.

Show Hall:
The show hall is the Hall of Commerce (Bldg C) at the Alameda Co. Fairgrounds, 4501 Pleasanton Ave, Pleasanton, CA 94566, (925) 426-7600. From the intersection of I-680 and I-580, go south on I-680(towards San Jose) approx 3 mi. Take the Bernal Ave exit East to the Fairgrounds. At the 3rd light, turn left onto Valley Ave. The second right is Gate 12. Follow the signs and directions to parking and the hall. There is a daily $10 parking fee.
The hall is heated, air-conditioned and equipped for handicapped access. This is a NO-smoking show hall. Although normal precautions will be taken, Crow Canyon and the Alameda County Fairgrounds will not be liable for damage, loss of personal property, or personal injury.

Cage Size:
Single cage size is 21″ x 21″ x 21″. Double cage size is 45″ x 21″ x 21″. No more than one cat or two kittens may be benched in a single cage. All cages must have curtains covering the back, sides and top in addition to a rug or mat on the floor of the cage. If your security cage is wider than 22” you will require a double cage space; $20.00 double cage fee applies.

Awards:
Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded for all wins in accordance with CFA Show Rules General Information: This show will be conducted in accordance with current CFA Show Rules. A copy of the CFA Show Rules may be obtained for $7.00 from CFA, 260 East Main St, Alliance, OH 44601. Show rules may also be obtained online for free at: https://cfa.org/cfa-manuals/. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Registration numbers must be printed in the catalog. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to check the entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of any errors before the closing date.

Check-In and Judging:
Check-in will be from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday.

Supplies and Miscellaneous:
Litter will be provided. Please bring your own food and water dishes, and your own litter pan.

MASKS MUST BE WORN CORRECTLY (COVERING NOSE AND MOUTH) AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHEN EATING OR DRINKING BY YOUR BENCHING AREA.
